SPORTS MASSAGE

Awaken those muscles while increasing flexibility with massage to specific core muscles with gentle stretching. This massage is ideal for the active athlete or for those with post-activity soreness. Sports Balm adds an invigorating sensation during your session. The 30-minute sessions are targeted by the most popular requests; Neck/Back and Shoulders or a Leg/Foot massage.  Our 60-minute sessions include a full body sports massage.*
