Check-In
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your service. Appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Arriving late will limit the time for your appointment and decrease its enjoyment. We are unable to extend a late arrival guest's appointment into the next's guests' appointment time. The entire session fee with service  charge will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you.
As a courtesy to other guests, please notify Champion Massage and Spa Services at 814.352.7777 at extension 7071 or 814.352.8084 if you must cancel your appointment(s).** Cancellations must be received no later than closing time the night before the day of your appointment(s) or a full 100% service fee is charged. With this adequate notice, there will be no charge.** On the day of your reservation, your appointment is transferable but non refundable.** Please note: If a group leader has arranged for several appointments, and some of the group members do not show for appointment(s), the group leader will be charged 100% of no-show service fee(s).

Payment For Services
Each fee is listed on our service menu and is subject to change without notice. We continue to include the sales tax in the price of the service. Please note that our massage sessions remain at 30, 60, & 90 minutes in length while several other spa's offer 25, 50, & 80 minutes sessions. The value of a longer session along with high quality skin care products sets Champion Massage & Spa Services apart from many spa's. We are pleased to offer these quality guests services.
Also, for your convenience, a 15% service charge (gratuity) will be added to your bill for all services and is due prior to starting your treatment session. The entire service charge will be distributed to the Spa Associate(s) that served you during your visit to Champion Massage & Spa Services. Customary service charges in resort spa settings range 15-20%. If your Spa Associate exceeded your expectations, please request an envelope at the end of your session and we would be happy to forward your envelope to him or her. We will process your total fees for services by accepting Cash, Room Charges, Personal Checks, City Ledgers, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Debit cards.

Cell Phones
Champion Massage and Spa Services discourages cell phones and pagers to maintain a quiet atmosphere.
